Cure Anxiety – Is It Possible?
When you are in the midst of an anxiety attack, the advice about breathing deeply and not drinking coffee probably seems a little far fetched. It doesn’t make the anxiety go away. Can you cure anxiety so that you don’t have to experience another attack? Ever?
Symptoms
If you’re reading this, you are probably well aware of the symptoms. You may experience one, a few or all of these:
Palpitations
Irregular heartbeats and palpitations in the chest and neck. This is usually the sensation experienced as a result of fright.
Sweating
Profuse sweating from all parts of the body.
Shaking
The whole body might tremble violently.
Breathlessness
A feeling of breathlessness as if running a race. Oxygen might seem to be in short supply.
Lump in the throat
One may feel a lump in the throat which doesn’t go away after swallowing. It might even worsen on swallowing. It may feel as if something were stuck in the throat.
Chest pain
One might even fear a heart attack. There may be shooting pains or an abnormal heaviness in the heart.
Abdomen pain
Pain in the heart might be further aggravated by pain in the abdomen. On might experience stitching pains.
Nausea
There might be an urge to vomit.
Dizziness
One might feel unstable and dizzy. Everything may appeared hazy.
Heat or Chill
The body might want fresh air and cool temperature and yet the hands and feet feel clammy.
Going Crazy
One might feel as if they were losing mental balance. The knowledge that those feelings aren’t normal don’t help.
Drugs Mask The Symptoms
Herbal remedies like Kava, Valerian and Rescue Remedy are gentle and will help with the frequency and severity of anxiety attacks but will not cure them.
Prescription medications fall in to several categories, which I’ll detail in a future post but, in any case, have side effects that you probably don’t want to experience. For example, it’s common with all the anti-anxiety prescription medications to have rashes, liver damage, sexual dysfunction, and even suicidal tendencies.
The Truth
The truth is that the medical community does not want you to know how to cure anxiety. The prescription drug industry is a multi-billion dollar business. Drug companies work very hard to promote their products to doctors who then write prescriptions for the drugs to us, the consumer.
What Can You Do?
There is a way to cure anxiety without herbs, without doctors and without prescriptions. To find out how, click on the banner below.
